Shareholders frequently ask for ideas about cooking CSA produce. I've asked chef Joh Kokubo of Kitchen on Common in Belmont for some help. Using vegetables and herbs from the fall CSA, Joh will prepare, join us, share his recipes and answer questions about cooking with the vegetables you'll find in your fall share. It's a great way to meet other shareholders, taste some dishes you might want to prepare yourself, and support a local restaurant that values locally-grown produce.
